Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times:

• Christchurch : Next Day delivery

• Nationwide : 2 business days

• Rural or remote areas: May take slightly longer

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or weather.

We offer free pickup from our location at 189 Idris Road, Strowan, Christchurch. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text so you can monitor its progress.
