Refund Policy

At Taste Of Africa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)​

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as final sale.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

• Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
